SeaPsych is the private practice of Steven Behling, PhD, ABPP. Dr. Behling is a licensed psychologist in the State of Washington (PSYC.PY.60232031) and is a Board Certified Clinical Child and Adolescent Psychologist through the American Board of Professional Psychology (ABPP).

Dr. Behling graduated from The University of Utah with a bachelor's degree in psychology, after which he completed his master's and doctoral degrees in clinical child psychology at DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois. Following an internship in pediatric psychology at Children's Hospital of Orange County, he completed a postdoctoral fellowship in trauma and pediatric psychology through the Irving Harris Program in Child Development and Infant Mental Health at the University of Colorado School of Medicine.

In addition to providing assessment and expert therapeutic support for children, adolescents, and adults, Dr. Behling frequently provides clinical supervision to the next generation of mental health providers. Dr. Behling believes in the importance of fostering and supporting mental health and well-being locally and globally, and has been invited to speak at conferences and training events in the Seattle community and beyond.
