If you have a telehealth session scheduled with Dr. Behling, or if your in-person session has been moved to telehealth due to a potentially-contagious physical illness, you can access your telehealth session using the steps below.


IF YOU ALREADY HAVE A LINK:

If you’re planning to meet via computer, just click the secure session link you received via text or email prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you’re planning to meet via phone or tablet, please download the Telehealth by SimplePractice app on your iOS or Android device(s) before your session.

NOTE: You must have appointment reminders enabled in your client portal in order to receive telehealth session links.


IF YOU CANNOT FIND, OR DO NOT HAVE, A LINK:

Click the yellow button below, input your email address in the designated box, and click the green “Email me a link” button. Check your email for the link and click the green “Sign in” button to enter your portal account. Click “Appointments” in the upper left hand corner; you should see your telehealth session in the “Upcoming” section on the page. When you’re ready to join the session, click the grey “Join video” button, followed by the blue “Join Video Appointment” button, to enter the virtual waiting room.
