SeaPsych is located in the Fremont neighborhood of Seattle, inside the Saturn Building at 3417 Evanston Avenue North. From the lobby, take the elevator or the stairs to the third floor. Suite 324 is to your right when exiting the elevator, or to your left when exiting the main stairwell. If you arrive after 6:30pm, the building may be locked; if this is the case, simply use the call box on either side of the building to gain entry.
Free parking for clients is available in the surface lot behind the Saturn Building near the 35th Avenue entrance. If the lot is full, you should be able to find two-hour street parking nearby. For those traveling by bus, routes 5, 26, 28, 31, 32, and 40 stop within a few blocks of the Saturn Building.

IN CASE OF EMERGENCY
If you or someone you know is endorsing thoughts of suicide, or if someone is behaving in a dangerous or unsafe manner, you may call me at 206-849-6737. However, if I do not pick up, you must call the King County Crisis Clinic at 206-461-3222 (toll-free 1-800-427-4747), or call 911, or go to the nearest emergency room. Do NOT leave me a voicemail or send me an e-mail if the situation has reached crisis level as I may be with a client or away from my desk.
Dr. Behling is not currently accepting new clients, and his waitlist is, regrettably, closed at present due to the number of clients currently waiting for services. Individuals or families interested in pursing therapy for themselves or someone else are encouraged to contact their insurance provider (if applicable) for a list of covered providers. Contacting some of the larger mental health agencies in the Seattle metropolitan area may also provide an opportunity for more immediate care, given that these clinics employ several clinicians. The agencies listed below are a great place to start.
Seattle Psychology (http://www.seattlepsychology.com/)
Eastside Psychological Associates (http://www.eastsidepsychologicalassociates.com/)
Cadence Child & Adolescent Therapy (https://cadencechat.com/)
Evidence Based Treatment Centers of Seattle (http://ebtseattle.com/)
PARENTS & CAREGIVERS
Dr. Behling welcomes the opportunity to collaborate with the parents and caregivers of children and adolescents participating in services at SeaPsych. Your perspective and insight are helpful in understanding the current situation and developing treatment goals. If you are the parent or caregiver of a current SeaPsych client over the age of 13, your adolescent must sign a release of information form before you can share information with or obtain information from Dr. Behling. If the signed release form is on file, or if your child is under age 13, and you wish to speak with Dr. Behling, please give him a call at 206-849-6737.
EDUCATORS & COMMUNITY PROVIDERS
If one of your students is a current client of Dr. Behling, or if you would like to refer a student to SeaPsych, please visit the Educators section of the website to find out more information. If you are a health care provider wishing to collaborate with Dr. Behling on a patient's care, please contact him at 206-849-6737. Per HIPAA regulations, if a signed release of information form is not on file for you or your office, Dr. Behling will need to obtain the client or parent's permission before information can be shared.
